The exhibition “Necessary, Useful, New – Long-Term Research in Hamburg,” which opened last October at the University of Hamburg, has now moved to the House of Science in Bremen.
One of the projects presented is our “DGS Corpus: Development of a Corpus-Based Electronic Dictionary of German Sign Language – German,” which documents the vibrant diversity of German Sign Language and involves the creation of a digital dictionary that reflects the various variants of German Sign Language.
In addition, six other long-term research projects will be presented.
To explore the exhibition, there will be a guided tour at DGS on
