On Sunday, 22 October 2017, the graduation ceremony took place in the ESA west wing of the University of Hamburg for continuing education in the degree programme module for deaf sign language interpreters and participants in sign language pedagogy.
Three employees from the Institute for German Sign Language, including one from the German Sign Language Corpus Project, have participated in and successfully completed their part-time degree programme. The Institute for German Sign Language heartily congratulates: Thimo Kleyboldt on his graduation as a deaf sign language interpreter, as well as Pamela Sundhausen and Julian Bleicken on their graduation as sign language teachers. We wish all three of them the best for the future.
