Liona Paulus (2024). Deaf experiences with the Theory of Mind. Liona Paulus gave a guest lecture at the conference of the Bundeselternverband gehörloser Kinder e.V., Duderstadt, 09.05.2024.
As part of the annual conference of the Federal Parents' Association of Deaf Children, professors are traditionally invited as experts from the subjects or Deaf experts as keynote speakers. This year, Liona Paulus received an invitation as a newly appointed professor and gave a lecture entitled ‘Deaf experiences with the Theory of Mind’ in front of a large audience in beautiful spring weather.
Among other things, she linked her own experiences as a Deaf person with scientific theories. Afterwards there was a lively discussion and the audience responded positively to the topic.
