In the week after TISLR13, the DGS-Korpus project (Academy of Sciences and Humanities in Hamburg) has run a summer school in cooperation with INEL ("Grammatical Descriptions, Corpora and Language Technology for Indigenous Northern Eurasian Languages“, Academy of Sciences and Humanities in Hamburg) and the EU project SIGNHub ("Preserving, researching and fostering the linguistic, historical and cultural heritage of European Deaf signing communities with an integral resource“, Horizon 2020). Roundabout 30 deaf and hearing participants from Sept 30 to Oct 4 joined the courses, tutorials and workshops concerning language documentation and corpus linguistics. Interpreters for English and International Sign were provided. Thank you to all the teachers for exciting contents and applied lessons and the participants for their rewarding input and discussions!
