Since April 01, 2021 Szilárd Rácz-Engelhardt is working as a new substitute professor at the IDGS. We are very happy that we could win him as a parental leave replacement for Annika Herrmann and welcome him warmly!
Szilárd Rácz-Engelhardt completed his dissertation in the subject sign languages at the IDGS. His further accomplishments include the still ongoing empirical research as a DFG fellow at the Pannonian University in Veszprém, Hungary.
He is conducting research as an extension of his doctoral research on the interface between signed and spoken languages and on multimodal utterances of signers.
