Talk at the FEAST conference in Bergen, Norway

Under the title “The head for thinking, the eyes for seeing?”, Sarah Schwarzenberg and Annika Herrmann from the IMaGeS project presented their corpus-based study at the FEAST conference in Bergen, Norway. They introduced the results of their quantitative investigation into the distribution of Place of Articulation (PoA) in signs of the German Sign Language within the semantic domains of ‘Cognition’ and ‘Visual Perception.’ The presentation was bilingual, delivered in both English and International Sign.
