On February 5–6, the Linguistics in Göttingen (LinG) at Georg-August-Universität Göttingen organized a workshop entitled "LinG3: (A)symmetries in spoken and sign languages". The program (https://www.uni-goettingen.de/en/613934.html) included presentations from a numbers of local and invited researchers working on both signed and spoken languages.
Sign language presentations included DGS, NGT, Italian Sign Language, Russian Sign Language, and two sign language varieties of Trinidad and Tobago, and all presentations were interpreted between spoken English and International Sign.
Carl Börstell, Annika Herrmann and Elena Jahn attended the workshop, representing the IDGS, Universität Hamburg.
